Camaraderie of task through linked wills, a co-signed mentality, with a pepped pace. How do you build morale?
It ain’t the billing rate, the profit margin, or the deal to me. That’s icing on a task accomplished with a team.
No boss, just leaders trading check-ins; sharing food, and finding something to laugh away.
I had a good couple days, thankful for my friends and family. KM 1/15/24:
Active listening, and anticipating ways to fulfill the needs of cohorts.
Accepting limitations, letting go, and looking for things to admire.
Discovering that little thing I could do, to give a glee opportunity.
Grasping slices of joy for myself, in other peoples satisfactions.
Saying rude things with delicious dishonest absurdity.
Asking if the store clerk has a lost and found.
Still looking for my bad attitude.
I wonder what poetic prose are called?
